Protect your new tool!
Extend the standard three year warranty that comes with the CONSULT-III to a
total of five years. Get five years of continuous coverage on the Toughbook®,
Vehicle Interface (VI), and Measurement Interface (MI) Loaner items will be
sent via 2nd Day delivery.
Note: Extended Warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the shipment
of your CONSULT III Kit.

If you are experiencing technical difficulties with your laptop, VI or MI,
please call the help desk at 1-800-662-2001.
Technical specialists will help troubleshoot your hardware problem. If it is
determined that your hardware needs repair, you will be asked to send your
hardware to Nissan TECHMATE. A loaner (a laptop, VI or MI) will be sent to you
while your unit is being repaired.
Cables and other peripherals are not covered under the loaner program and can
be sent in for exchange if the defect or malfunction is determined to be
covered under warranty.
Ultimate hardware and software warranties for the products distributed by SPX
lies with the hardware and software manufacturers. These warranties only cover
failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal
use.
